Dehradun Project:- After almost one and half year passed for want of Master Plan, finally the Uttrakhand Government have announced theimplementation of Master Plan 2001-2025 .for Dehradun City  in the month of November,2008.

The Society is pleased to announce that our land which we purchased after the NOC from Govt. at Village Poundha, Dehradun, is now CONFIRMED RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

Now Zonel Plans for Dehradun city are being prepared and as soon as the zonal plans are ready we will be able to submit our Lay Out Plan to M.D.D.A. The Managing Committee is pleased to announce that Society's LAY OUT PLAN  is being submitted i.e. on 29/01/2010 to MASSURIE DEHRADUN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.  It was delayed  due to strike in MDDA which was there for the last three months and is over just two days back. Individual circular is being issued to Members shortly.
